At Eduardo Rivera – Coaching & Training, I design and deliver customized training programs for individuals, teams, and organizations. Programs cover personal development, communication, emotional intelligence, and professional skills, as well as analytical and technical topics such as Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence. Our Approach
The methodology I use for training is the same one applied in individual coaching: Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Developmental Behavioural Modelling (DBM). This human-centered framework allows participants to develop insight, self-awareness, and confidence, while also applying structured, analytical thinking to practical challenges.
Training programs are designed to create a safe and supportive environment, where participants can explore personal and professional challenges, learn from experience, and immediately apply the models and tools to real-world situations.
